Official word from Cingular is, Cingular has delayed the initial launch of our Push to Talk product that was scheduled to start
this summer. Our primary goal is to launch a product that will perform and be well received by
our customers and potential customers. Thus, we feel it necessary to perform a more
comprehensive evaluation of the solutions available to carriers. By extending this evaluation
we ensure Cingular Wireless is ultimately positioned as the premier carrier for Push to Talk service.

No specifics have been released because they are having a hard time choosing a platform, but here's my 2 cents.
Cingular's PTT will most likely pushed for everyone who wants it, tho more than likely, business customers will embrace it more than regular customers. ATTWS had the largest customer base for business, so i believe there will be a good market for it. My guess is that the PTT feature will be sold like the M2M feature.
