Oh yeah, there unlocked too!
My staff and I realized today that the V400's what we are getting are unlocked! One of my employees has a T-Mobile (waiting for contract to end), we put the SIM in and bam...it worked perfect. just an FYI

i just got mine today, and yes it is unlocked, and you can set up internet on the phone for other providers, but i can't get t zones to work. by the way i work for a corp store.
