How many people actually pay the ETF because of CS, reception or other??? (Honestly please)

just curious, because I read alot about people bouncing from ATT/Cingular and back to Verizon and then back again
Verizon used to be good reception here in SF, CA, now it's spotty, but Cingular used to be the same too......so what to do
