He is just posting information about at&t, in the at&t forum, if you don't care, don't post. Simple as that. I find it very interesting.

Considering that at one point Cingular was closed to the most complains in the industry (if not THE most complains...)

This shows that the bar has been raised, baby!!!

I've gotta ask, but wasn't Cingy/at&t kicked out of the BBB in a few markets?

I think we had the highest amount of unresolved complaints.

From what I hear some of my customers say, they're crazy and their complaints should go unresolved. Not true for all customers.

The complaints we searched by the Head Quarters.

If you goto BBB.org and type in T-mobile or whatever you will see thier HQ. Click on it...

Some idiot in the T-mo forums was trying to say it's unfair becuase all 3 were listed from a different city. Well that idiot doesn't notice that T-mo, Sprint, and Cingy all have different HQs in different cities.

All three of those links are in completely different markets so they cant be compared at all. Nice try. 🤣

It looks like they're in different markets because that's where teh HQ of each company is. The BBB website breaks it down by market, so it's really hard to see a total number. If you're looking at complaints filed against the corporate HQ, then the numbers hold true.

I just went onto bbb.org and did a search of my own and that's how it's listed.

Hey... did you ever think that these are complaints listed under their respective head quarters. Hence being in different cities. If you goto bbb.org and type in Cingular you will see a little head quarter symbol. I based it off all 3 headquarter complaints.
