Is XBM outsourced?

I just called 5 times. The first 3 times I called I got the same foreign sounding woman, the other 2 times it was foreign men.

There are some reps in the Phillipines.

one of the callcenters is in southern texas ........ they get paid 6.00 an hour i have talked to them several times when calling for a customer .
