Do any of u ever go over the insurance coverage with a customer, or do u just tell them they will always get a new phone sent out for free.

i tell the customer about the 5 a month and 50 deduct when they mess it up

i don't tell them its a refurb cause that just brings more stupid questions

bottom line is the insurance is a decent price and covers the phone so u don't have to pay out 200+ for the next phone

did u have a bad experience recently ?
