I can send/receive things via Infrared, but not with Bluetooth. Is a cool phone like this not capable of BLuetooth OBEX?

I'm trying to send and receive items via Bluettoth from my 6682 to my 3125. I can send/receive via Infrared, but not Bluetooth.
