iPhone denial
I have been reading a lot of iPhone bashing on this board and I just don't understand why.
Ok, I will admit that the omission of 3g and such are a big disappointment and the price is a little unattractive...BUT...
The thing is COOL!!! There are no two ways about it! I spent a lot of time using our display models and I am very impressed. The UI is very fluid and usable, the transition from edge to wifi is seamless. After two days I am fairly used to the on screen keyboard. Whether or not you are a fan of Apple or At&t you have got to give credit to Apple for breaking all of the barriers of what a cell phone is, and you gotta hand it to At&t for breaking a lot of the unwritten laws of how carriers sell phones (i.e. no carrier softwar...

but the lack of customer support that is given to the customer from at&t(cingular) that some customers are used to is unheard of........................................... ............................................. ..
i had to wait almost 2 hours to get an answer on how to (successfully) transfer numbers from one phone to another, is unthinkable......
leave it to at&t(cingular) and (apple)??? to screw things up!!!

at&t has never dealt with a product launch of this magnitude. I think all things considering they did a pretty damn good job of pulling it off.
BTW, in that two hours that you were waiting to find out how to transfer numbers you probably could have just entered them yourself...im just saying.

not when two customers bought the usb flash drive and came back to our store to do it. and it was 200+ numbers on each phone.
