cingular if you are out there....

why are you stores setup that way with all the lawsuits about privacy. When you go into a cingular store for service you dont have any privacy when interacting with an rep. I was in one of cingular stores the other day in the 30mins i was there I over heard two people get denied for a phone 1 of which i know. 😲 could we as customers get some privacy? btw all the stores are like this in my area! I like the colors and styles but would be nice to have some privacy 🙄

I think it's like that for any carriers stores, (correct me if i'm wrong), honestly I believe our retail stores are too understaffed... With the kind of volume the retail stores get in a day we need more hands on deck sort to say... But I can understand your concerns, and honestly I don't know way they're not more one on one.

""order over the phone or online if you want privacy""

That is a good point but everyone does not want to pay shipping charges for a phone and wait a day or two. I was just giving my thought I know it will not change but in my opinion it should. been with cingular nearly 6 year aint going anywhere so chill! 😎

most of the time ordering online or over the phone, you don't have to pay shipping

WAAY too understaffed....and if more people went from customer service to the stores, we'd be in business, since we'd have more people, and more Knowledgable people. 🤣

yeah... but then again... how many of us would be willing to deal with customers face to face? over the phones doesn't bother me... sometimes it even puts a smile on my face... but in person?

I think CSR training should be working in the stores, for at least a few weeks. It would give people "field experience" 😁

vocalizing a customers deposit amount or credit score (A,B,C,D,Z) isn't a privacy issue. Since we have our own letters assigned to a numerical credit scores, no one really knows (neither the customer nor anyone nearby) what that score is. We do shred our documents in store and we don't disclose account information to people who aren't on the account. They're pretty picky about us doing that.

Yea I guess my point is the tables are so close together that when anyone can easily over hear the conversation between the customer and rep and if u wanted u go as far as standing right near the table which nothing is blocking you from doing so. Just my thoughts because my friend was quite embarassed when he was declined. And as far as the letters A b C... he was just told simply you have been denied and you will have to make an deposit. 😳
