blowing steam off is fine....i do that too. you said you wanted help....theres nothing anyone can do about your problem here, unless you convince somone that works with the billing system to commit fraud and change your bill(which wont happen).
and being able to type so people can understand you is pretty crucial when your posting a message you want others to READ.

Yeah i know...to be honest people, if you want to be treated fairly, dont call in real pissed. WHen your calling in and your screaming your head off swearing and threatening to cancel it makes me not wanna help the customer. I know its hard to kool down a bit but were reps on the line too...if you call in screaming and swearing im NOT gonna do all i can to help you out. I bet you were screaming your head off at the supervisor and its the reason why she said "Anything else i can help you with?" cuz its pretty much saying i dont wanna deal with this. Well complaining, whining, bit-ching its pretty mush the same thing. I know you personally wouldn't like to hear someone whine and complain about something small. These people deal with alot of that every day and if you come to the line a little joyful or at least not on the downside it helps out alot!

yeah, i'll usually go out of my way to help somone thats laid back and understanding of the fact that I PERSONALY am not the one that screwed them over (even as far as bending small rules), especially when i know the average person would be yelling and complaining.
