Got my phone
YEAH!
I tried dialing a number and it says emergencies only. I take it that means my phone is not activated.
I think they messed up and thought I wanted to carry over my number. When I click on Name - Information - Own Number it shows my husbands cell phone number in spot number one.
Grrr...gonna have to wait until he gets home to call. Sprint shut me off today.

Thanks, but my husband came home early and I am on the phone with them now. At least I found out what my number is - and it is not my husbands current cell phone number *phew* 😁

Thanks 🙂 Apparently they left out my welcome kit which should have had my phone number and other info.
Only thing that sucks is that I got the 32k sim chip 😢
Ah well, will just have to shell out the money to upgrade it - no bigge.

They have a really bad habit of mailing the welcome kit and the phone seperately. It wouldn't be a big deal if the kit arrived before the phone, but in Texas everyones phone arrives before the kit does.

Ahhhhh. It is a bit of a pain in the arse. Finally up and running and loving it so far. Not sure about the phone - makes a bit of a whining noise in the earpiece. Gonna give it a couple days and will exchange for something else if I don't like it. One thing I do like is the call quality is amazing 😁

That happens in Philly and NJ too. 😡

I actually received my Welcome Kits (for each phone) 2 days BEFORE I got my phones. That's when I was shocked at the substitution, but was happy after I got it. I'm in TX, but ordered through SBC. 😕
I found my new phone numbers online before I got my Welcome Kits or phones, just by using Cingular's site and putting in my home phone and my zip. Just FYI what worked for me. 😉
