Return policy...

Whoooo Hoooo... Nov. 12th ALL customers have 30 days to return sh()t... that's makes my job so much easier...

Yeah...and it doesn't bother with usage..they still refund you if you've got the equip and the reciept..wee.

Least I think that's right.

What do you mean by usage? That customers are currently limited by the amount of talk time on the phone? I am thinking about returning mine already - want to make sure I am able if I decide to.

I think the policy is the same as AWS' policy: 30 days to return equipment/accessories and cancel service w/o the ETF. Customer's are still responsible for the prorated invoice (if applicable) and any monthly recurring charges and airtime charges on that first invoice.
