EAST COAST SIMS!!!!

to anyone working in telesales and the estore please quit shipping east coast sims to the west coast I dont know how many hours I have spent dealing with your crap. my only hope is that the new 64k sim is universal in the nation.

They're not. I've already had an "893" 64K sim sent to our "890" area. I replaced it with a 32K though. 😛

they will be issued a local number with a non local sim, and the phone wont pick up a signal. hows that for a first impression of cingular. start the service off with a bad expierience

well, they need to be relocated, anyway..it's not hard, it's free and it's one ten minute phone call. Geez.

I thought the 64k SIM's where supposed to be all the same for all markets...that's gota suck if they don't. Means they have to purchase a new SIM if they move.

They aren't yet...they will be this summer..and I'm talking about NOW with the relocations.

I am not talking about customers who are relocating, I am talking about a new customer who just bought the phone. they need to come into the store and get a new sim. and I cant remember any relocations that took 10 minutes. that is probably the shortest hold time just to talk to relocations. I have never had a relocation take less than45 minutes

You're telling me a customer has to swap SIMs just because they move from one coast to another? How lame is that???? Do you copy their phone book for free for the hassle?
