Any idea how the finace dept. will pay employees? If it looks like a post paid account then......?
...
well, it's auotmatically billed to a debit card..so..i dunno.
...
no idea...personally...i think TC is pointless...
...
i agree....I don't get the appeal of that.
...
as a csr...i wish we didnt have prepaid at all...and by doing this...they are only complicating things even more...
...
im glad some one does
...
Nope... take charge will make Pre Paid much easier... Trust me... it's worked VERY well for AWS and T- Mobile... they get 400 min / unlim n&w for 49.99...
...
i guess so...but that doesnt change the fact that i hate prepaid

Why? Pre-Paid is strictly profit... We don't lose money with pre-paid customer's as we do with post-paid customers.
...
even though it's not guaranteed revenue...

True but surprisingly pre-paid cust's tend to be more loyal than post paid and are a higher risk to leave... in almost every company... Not to mention it's great that they'll have a shot at really enjoying a cell phone even if their credit is bad.
...
yep... and our plans are good... if i didn't working here, i might do it... no overage...

just a note to say thanx to all of you for the info and humor the past few weeks. I've been following the forum to keep up with coming changes at Cingular. Been w/ Bell South/cingular for 8 yrs. in central Florida. Looking forward to the Z500 or the S710.

you will see it will get better... less hassle than having 2 million people calling every night to add a 10.00 card...

I'm very glad we have take charge. There are a lot of people who don't pass our credit and this gives them a chance to still have Cingular service. It would be better if people with Take Charge accounts could have it affect their credit status with us and let them get onto our postpaid accounts after a year or two.
I'm not sure if corporate stores are paid differently on Take Charge or not, but I know agent stores are given a $60 comission, but there's also a six month vesting period.

now that i think about it, this would be ood for parents who are trying to monitor their kid's minutes...cause you can't go over...heh..
