I am one without any regrets. I gave up PDA wm5.
This phone lacks some features, but does everything well if not better, and quicker.

My other choice would be a curve, although a new Sammy device SCH-I760 is about to enter cdma world. HTC is always entering the market with new pda devices, and I believe they will be better than the 8525.

yes, thats why I mentioned it. They make great pda's. Did you own a wm device? Any battery issues? I walked around with 3 batteries at all times, wifi off, and bluetooth. 3 hours of little usage, and I needed to replace a battery.

I was interested in the star trek, but missing
apps..Wi fi etc. Love the I phone, and would rather face the battery issue with this phone down
the line, than deal with 3 battery changes within a 6 hour period.
