Thats it i'm done with VZW i quit i can't take it anymore. I can't take there "customers first" crap but then tell me do whats right for VZW. i can't take how they treat the retail corp. store emplys and giving the CC AND BJ locations everything. I'm done with "go online its easier and you don't have to deal with the store" approach
