Customers complain that "ever since (FILL IN THE BLANK) took over, you suck!" This happened when Cingular took over AT&T Wireless. I would get all kinds of calls and customers would say "my service worked fine until Cingular took over" or "ever since Cingular took over, my service sucks."

Really? I have run across a FEW instances where service in some areas did suffer due to Cingular's merger with AT&T Wireless, but does that make sense? AT&T Wireless had X amount of towers.
