Note To Dealers and Agents

Having a prepaid account does NOT help the customer when to get a postpaid account. I get numerous calls from customers stating that they were told when they activated their prepaid account (because they had a $500 deposit) that if they kept their account for six months or more, it will help them get a postpaid account and even get the deposit waived. The deposit is determined entirely by the credit check. Having a prepaid account does not affect their credit at all. Please stop telling customers this.

Correction....

Pre-paid to post paid counts as a new activation!! Same goes the other way.

IF you are being comped for the subscribers as an up, your agent principal is screwing you.
