I am sorry for all the posting back-to-back. I rarely post, but when I do, I have lots to post. I am moving at the end of July and leaving my job. Unfortunately, there are no AT&T stores OR dealers within 50 miles of my new home. It is Verizon country (but there is AT&T service). I hope to keep up with all the happenings in the wireless industry and hope to return to it soon. Dispite all my gripes, I have enjoyed the last year and a half that I have worked for Cingular Wireless and now the new AT&T. I personally have AT&T and love it. I hope I have amused some of you with my postings. I also hope that I have delivered the best customer service possible to the countless thousands of customers I have spoken to over the phone.
