Blackjack or Pearl
So I have a Blackjack and have had to exchange it three times in the past 3 or 4 month because it keeps locking up. I love then phone and its features but sometimes it lock's up two or three times a day. I called the warranty department again today and they offered to switch it out for a Blackberry pearl. Should I do it or just try my luck with the blackjack again. Any input would be great.

I would go with a blackberry. Samsung had a great idea with the blackjack; that idea just didn't work out. Along with many other people I also had to return my blackjack 2 times, both times i had the same prolbems. I returned it and got a curve, that didnt work either (just my luck) I then got a iPhone. LOVE IT

Thanks for the info I love my blackjacks features but its just become a major pain in the butt to use when it keeps locking up all the time.

I'm a windows fan. I get more calls on the Pearl than I do on the Blackjack; however, Blackberry phones are better for email, while Windows is better with multimedia. It all depends on what you want in a phone.
