wow this is getting rediculous
We were just given memos and a quick supplemental training that now we have to fill out a form pretty much anytime we make a change to an account that gets emailed to the customer...
thats rediculous
idk, this job keeps getting worse and worse
i guess its kinda good, but really is to much we dont get paid enough to deal with all this crap
it dont really matter to me because i could sit in aftercall for 5 minutes each call and never go over my aht
but some people i work with have a little trouble getting the aht goal and then they add something that is going to at least take another minute to do

It doesn't sound to me like he has a problem dealing with people. It's all the corporate red tape and extra paperwork that he's bitchin' about.
i have the best stats outta my call center, but im just looking out for other people
it dont matter to me i just can justify messing around in aftercall longer now haha
