I was getting the same thing earlier..but now it's working for me...hmm..now it's down again..

It's not just the phones. Rate plans, the online migration process for ATW costumers, and some of the other pages in between are slow or fail to load. I first noticed it on Sunday the 14th. Day one was supposedly Monday the 15th of Nov and it's not gotten much better since.

Possible causes include website and database integration glitches. Perhaps they are working out bugs in the online customer migration process which requires an eligibility check. It could also be that many people are switching over to Cingular online causing a substantial increase in traffic. Who knows.
