Site down again
it's been down all day for me. do you know what the problem is on the website. as far as i can see the only area i could not get into is the phone inventory.

As of 11/17/04 the AWS/Cingular upgrade process which is a series of pages that migrate you to Cingular is still down.
There are several links throughout both AWS and Cingular sites that allow you to switch/migrate/upgrade whatever you want to call it. The links are inconspicuous with headings like “learn more”, or “get a new phone”. They should actually have a link that says Migrate or Switch Today so that its clear and focused.
This morning I got as far as the eligibility check. Unfortunatley after you choose the phones or plans option to continue you get "The page cannot be displayed"
