If it does come out this month I think It will be a welcomed change from the other razrs which quite frankly; i think everyone is getting sick of seeing. But it does look like a really nice phone.

It is coming this month but I doubt it will replace the V3xx. More likely the V3.

This is just my opinion, but once any version of the RAZR2 hits the stores (V8, V9..whatever), I can't see anyone buying another first generation RAZR. They will look like antiques next to the new model and nobody will want them.
