Question for the experts
I have a total of 5 phones with Cingular on 3 different accounts. Its 1-3-1...i want to move one of the singles to the 3 to have a 4-1. So ultimately I will have four on a family talk and 1 by there self. My question is first can I do that and second could I keep the same #. Dont really want to call customer service and be on hold for something that can't happen.
Thanks in advance 😛

If all 3 accounts aree in your name then all you have to do is call customer service to do a Ban to Ban transfer. Be sure all the phones are the same technology. If not, most of our older TDMA plans are no longer available, so that would require upgrades.
If all the accounts are not in your name, you would need to visit a store to do a transfer of service. Cost is $18 to move each line.

This is what I expected with Verizon, in regards to changing the name on an account. They wouldn't do it, so I switched to Cingular. 😁
