8525, Wing, Or Mogul??
My preference would be the 8525. It's got the whole package. EDGE and 3G capable, and runs Java J2ME... which if you're looking at this type of device, you're definitely going to want for full functionality.
The Mogul is a pretty cool phone too, but the initial lack of Java support and texting capabilities takes a few points away. Though, if you wanted to use it for a GPS intensive application, I'd give the edge to the Mogul.
The Wing, I'm not too versed on so I can't really say anything on that.

I like the feel of the Wing, but the Mogul has 162 MB of internal memory and comes with a 512 MB Micro SD card.
