Question about changing features

Hi, I selected a new messaging/data package online in my account about 2 days ago. My billing cycle doesn't end until the 19th. Is the new package I selected already in affect?

Probally not, if you add a feature to your account online it normaly goes into effect at the beginning of your billing cycle. If you cant tell by looking at the current features online then you should call customer care when they open on Monday.

When I call, is there a chance they can have it go into affect that day?

Call your local store and have one of the reps do it for you. You do them a favor by doing that because they make money from it, AND it will go into effect immediately.

Or you can call customer service and they can add it on immediately as well. Call afterhours support to add it on tonight if you want. 1-866-801-3600
