Any new 3g smartphones coming out ?
I was just wondering from any at&t if there were any new 3g smart devices coming out in the near distant future . I didn't want to purchase something and it become old school in a short time . I know the phone just came out but too much money .If anyone has any news would gladly appreciate it thanks . 🙂

There is nothing on the ordering sheet, but that could change soon. With att you never know. I would bet that there will be some new ones around the holidays.

I thought you were gone for good - 😡
Source on the Treo 800 series? From what I've read, it will be a while before Palm does any more new devices (aside from the upcoming "Gandolf" there's been pictures of), and a 3G phone with the Palm OS is, by all accounts, not realistically going to happen.

Theyre now saying the Gandolf is the 800 series but it so butt ugly

Where can information on those phones be found?

Given that it's Keovani, there's probably the hint of a suggestion somewhere about a new Treo coming eventually, which he extrapolated into "Wimax Enabled ZunePhone/iPhone/Killer/Better than anything AT&T/Cingular has" 🙄
I'm so glad he's gone. . . again. 😁
We owe the mods a beer for that. 😉
Now if only he'd stay gone. 🙄

Should both be out before the end of August, but then, this is Cingular/AT&T we're talking about 🙄

I would not count on that. The Kaiser was just announced... it hasn't even come out on European networks yet. It hasn't even been officially announced for AT&T, so I would not even dare go as far as before August.
Q9h on the other hand, could be out soon. I don't think it would be as soon August though.
In september we are getting the Pantech C810, a dual slider (slides up like a traditional slider, and up to reveal full QWERTY) with windows mobile 6 and 3G support. That phone, will be considered a smartphone (hopefully it can use the smartphone plans).
