Sim cards.
I've had my sim swapped for the 3rd time! They normally forward my phone numbers to the new sim; however, the rep I just went to didn't do that, and I lost many numbers that I can't get back. I'm beyond pissed. 👿 Is this normal?

Did you ask? Many stores charge a fee to do it. Or just do not think about it. I personally always ask but its not a given. Also, ATT now has the OTA backup. Perhaps with this new feature people will be less likely to offer to do it for free.

We can't do it unless you already saved to phone. Our store will not change info cause we had a problem when we did swap info and some was missing and the customer got pissed. I just remind the customer to use outlook and sync their phones. This way there is a 3rd location with all of you numbers backed up.
