C= Hi i need a back for my phone i lost it last night
M= i'm sorry we don't just sell the backs nor do i have any of those phones in my return shipment in the back
C= Thats crazy....fine do you sell Cell Phones
M= *looks at his AT&T NAME tag and looks around the store* Yeah i think we do sell phones

Indeed, some people shouldn't have phones at all, especially if you don't know how to turn your phone off or on.

Or the poor old lady that came in a few months ago who couldn't make calls because there was no dial tone. I felt horrible because her daughter bought her the phone for XMas and she couldn't use it. They are out there, just treat them nice and you might get a data package or 7-7 that you weren't expecting.

Or just ten bucks. One guy even brought me a frapaccino for helping him and his son out.
