Unlock Codes
Ont he ATTWS forum, it talks about a level 2 Tech having the ability to give out unlock codes via CSP. Does Cingular also have the same luxury?

that is actually Cingular policy. Not at&t. At at&t the policy is we dont have unlock codes and they will refer you to the manufactuer. With Cingular they will only give it to you if you are out of contract or if you've already terminated your contract early and paid the fee.
