OK i live in the bay area and the v400 they said wont be here intil next month. But i wanted to ask people if i go to me cingular store and say i wanna order one will they order from the warehouse and get to me early thin when they get all of them?

i have one coming in on sunday if you want to buy it.... but they wont' just order it for you, if they aren't getting them in, then they won't be able to just order one, they would order more than one if they could... but contact me if you want to see about purchasing it... or you might want to look on ebay!

omg thanks for all your help but i called my cingular store and they told me they well have it in 2 weeks and they said with out a contract price he will sell for $200 and if i add 1 more year to my contract he will sell it for $50 so im gonna just wait 2 weeks but thanks for everone that wanted to help

Well if you go to the Cingular.com website and look under phones for Miami, FL....lo and behold there it is. Now try to call the telesales department and order one. Not gonna happen, they don't have them in stock yet, though some of the local stores do..go figure.
