Crazy customers!
Okay, rant time...
So a custy walks in and begs me to charge her phone because it is dead. So I plug it in and as I do she gets a phone call on it. I hand her the phone and she presses the "end" button. Then she starts yelling at me that our service sucks because every time she answers the phone the call drops... I politely tell her she's using the wrong button, then she tells me I don't know how to the phone and that I should know my job better...
you've got to be kidding me.
Can anyone top that today??

Dont know if they are any better, but the yare just as good.
1st lady was about 90 years old, came in with a 3300 that she has had for a couple years, came in cursing (yes a 90 year old lady with a walker cursing) and said she was so mad at me, because her phone didnt work, she threatened to throw the phone at me(I wasnt overly worried since it would be a 2mph fastball at max).
I asked her was was wrong with it specifically, she replied "It wont work, what are you stupid? I already told you once!"
I said "ok, mam, what happened to it?" as I powered it on and made a test call on it.
She said "It started beeping at me, and it shut off, I charged it over night and now it wont do sh*t!"
Now normally I would be ticked that a custom...

I've had someone not know how to power the phone on and off. Sad thing is, they were only about 30.

I had a customer come in the other day just furious, yelling about cingular sucks and they charge outrages stupid fees and he is going to go to verizon cause they dont charge these outrages fees, and cingular is trying to take over the world. So i politly asked him what fees he was refering to. He told me that everytime he wants to hear his ringtone he going to a PAYphone to call himself, and everytime the PAYphone charges him a dollar to call himself.
WHAT he is mad because the PAYphone is charging him a dollar to call his at&t phone. he continues to tell me that cingular is the one who made the PAYphone charge him extra to call a cingular phone. that cingular is taking over the world slowly by charging extra money at PAYphones. I conti...

another customer i have also comes in to buy prepaid time every week because the aliens keep stealing her time and she wants cingular to make a secure network so the aliens cant steal her time. and she always come in without a battery in her phone cause that is were the alien reciever is, in the battery. so when i have to add minutes i have 60 second to turn the phone on and add minutes otherwise the aliens can track her.

Back in the days before cellular, mobile phones were large radios that were trunk mounted with a control head in the passenger compartment. A friend of mine installed a phone system in a customer's car. A few days later the customer came back to the store complaining about the poor quality of the Harris mobile phone.
