HELP! Calling all Nokia experts!
I have a customer coming in within the hour who has a Nokia and is experiencing problems making and receiving calls. There is a small icon below the "AT&T" icon that looks like a harmonica. He spent hours with tech support last night and could not seem to fix the problem. In the event that I cannot figure it out, does anyone know what this might be and how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.

What model is it? Make sure call forwarding is off, or send to voicemail if unanswered. Do a master reset. Other than that there really is no setting that wont allow you to make any calls. Good Luck!

there is a software glitch that keeps the phone in headset mode. that can only be fixed by replacing the phone. can he make/recieve but can't hear and noone can hear them?
