weird question(bout trading phones)
I just got a motorola v551 about a week ago and was wondering if there was a way i can trade it in for the motorola a630 and just pay the difference? if theres no way i can do this just let me know without calling me a stupid customer.

you have a 30 day return policy - you can so as you have said. 😉

You can return it, and think they'll refund you the price fo the phone, then you just...re-do the upgrade with the phone you want.

Some store still do pay the diffrence indirect do alot they just swap out the phone you pay the diffrence and they change the imei on your account its pretty easy for everyone

Yeah....I dont' think the company stores are allowed to do it though...at least, that's what i'm being told everytime this comes up.

it is nice when those customers come and ask a legit question. They're so much nicer to deal with than the ones who immediately think that gettin pissy will get them somewhere.
To answer the question. Yes and No. If you got it at an indirect, yes. Most of us will still do the pay the difference thing if you're inside the return policy and the phone's in "like new condition"
If you got it corporate you'll have to do a full return/refund, wait for the a630 and then go back and redo the upgrade.
And by the way, thanks for bein civilized with the question. The people who get yelled at on here are the ones that come in bashing because they think it'll get them what they want, or that we'll lay down and let them trash the way we make...
