Played out question about N95 (US)

nice answer jack..........As of now the nokia N95 is only available at Nokiausa.com.......Also there is the new Nokia N95 Black edition which has a bigger screen and 8gb internal memory. On the nokia site it says only available through stores with contract. So either T-mobile(haha I doubt it) or att will pick this bad boy up.

Incorrect. The version the of N95 on nokiausa is the same one you can buy at almost any phone site. The 8GB would probably go to T-mobile because it lacks US 3G bands. The US version of the N95(which is not for sale yet) looks like its right up ATT's alley, however I doubt very much they will pick it up and I think most of the people in the market for it would be very very disappointed if it was branded by ATT. The US version is supposedly going to be available in Sept, if it were to be picked up by ATT it wouldn't be released until sometime in 2009.
