We can't waive that per all that policy stuff.
We are not responsible for YOU choosing to spend YOUR money on the web and getting ripped off, courtesy credits are not in order in this case, errors, we had NOTHING to do with this transaction. If you are underpaid by your boss you CANNOT request that the check printing company pay you what you should have been paid.....its really just as simple as that.
Not even Capitol One will give you credit because you were using their card when you were ripped off, JUST BECAUSE THE TRANSACTION APEARED ON THEIR BILL!!!

If then Cingular can't do anything about it, then I don't want to see the charges appear on the Cingular bill...it should be a separate bill from the company who charged him. If Cingular was billed for the ringtones, they had better know who it was so I can know who to dispute it with. If not, then I have no choice but to hold Cingular accountable.

Then once you have logged into your account (using your login and password) click on the direct bill tab on the right, this will take to to a list of the downloads, you can simply click each one that is invalid and dispute it.. It should approve the refund immediatly
