No, I got the $50 for each phone, there was an additional $50 for signing for a plan $39.99 and up. I have FT, so it is only offered on the one line that is $39.99, of course.
It was listed on SBC's Cingular order page http://www01.sbc.com/SWOT/Residential/Cingula rCenter/1,,,00.html and even though I didn't order online, I mentioned it to SBC/Cingular.
Maybe it is an offer in my state/zip (TX, 77084)?
Cingular Rebate Center said the rebate form should have been in my Cingular Welcome Kit(s), but it wasn't. So the rep told me the info I needed to send in on a 3x5 card, and which documents they needed.
I got my "return receipt" last week, so we'll see if it actually comes through.
