Treated like a crook in my own company
this company has finally made me so upset i'll quit. I've had some issues with my own personal line (i'm an ssr) and downloading games, it constantly says operation failed on my sony ericsson w810 thats unlocked( some games will work and some wont, its hit and miss i know). The game never downloaded but i was charged anyways, so i call customer care to delete the $100 in charges on my account for some reason i had mobi tv on my account 3 times! I literally have to get rid of that every month. She credits the account for 2 bill cycles away and they want me to pay those charges then i'll get a credit in basically october...then she notates the account that i received the games on my phone and this was a one time credit courtesy and any future ...

Ok formally ssr that has always hated cingular/att but keeps phone service and gets a job with them. If you weren't smart enough to figure out how to get a game to work on your phone and end up racking up $100 in downloads, I bet your sales reps could really use a smart ssr. Geeez, get a life! Go work for alltel, they would take you.
