Help with Premier
Hey guys, I understand that you can upgrade your phone on At&t premier without regard to upgrade eligibility. So, I get to my premier page, and i select "shop for phones". It then asks me to input my zip code, it asks whether i want to create a new account of add/upgrade (i select add/upgrade), and it asks for my phone number, and my billing account number. When I enter in all the information and click continue, i get a error notice that says:
"Error: ZIP code is not in the same market as the phone number entered. You may try another zip code or return to Premier home to purchase a new line of service in your selected zip code."
I don't understand this, I am entering in the correct zip code, and the rest of my information is accurate...

I had this same problem before. If the zip code you're entering is different from the area code in your phone number, that may be causing the problem (or it was for me, anyway). I have a SC number but now live in TN. ATT has my TN address on file and everything, but when I tried to use that zip along with my account/mobile number it gave me the error. I used a zip code from SC and then it worked fine. Try entering a zip that is within the area code of your number. You can change it back to your real zip code in the shipping/billing information section.
If your zip/area codes do match up, I have no idea what the problem is

premier is for business/school accounts. if you have a corporate email address or a university address, you may qualify for service discounts and various phone discounts.
for example, my monthly service discount is 15%
