Any News On The Blackberry Pearl 2 Release Date

I am interested in the new Blackberry Pearl 2 and also the Blackberry 8820. I was wondering if there are any official release dates for these phones? Also, what is the difference between the first pearl and the pearl 2? Thanks 🙂
