Yep, and now Jeff Burton, the 31 car driver, is rumored to be considering personally suing Sprint over the issue. At least that's what the ESPN desk jockeys were saying before the race yesterday.

I think this is the same thing as people crying about ETF fees. Sprints contract is plain english with Nascar. The only two telcos grandfathered in the contract was alltel and cingular. I know they are the same company but that is not how its written. If it was that important to them they should have thought about that before hand. Just as if alltel changes there name they are out too.

no worries we have new plans in place if the lawsuit is lost. it will only take 11 months with the higher prices for the customers to pay for our idiocy.
