At&t Network
I was a Cingular customer(2001) before it merged with At&t and I didn't have any trouble with them. The service was great. After the merge I heard that a lot of people were not happy with the service...coverage and customer support. Well, I like a lot of the phones that At&t has especially the BlackJack but what is holding me back is the network issues. My friend has At&t and she said twice she needed to call 911 but call would not go thru! 😳 That's a little scary too me! She lives in Beaumont but I live in Houston...maybe the coverage is much better here since its a much larger city...not sure. Can't you search for a network when one isn't available? I was able to do that when I had TMO.

She lives in Beaumont? Yeah, that wasn't the merger that jacked up their service. That was the HURRICANE.

Really though, that place was torn up. I hope they've rebuilt things well. I have coworkers from there.
