Website!!!
In retail, we've been getting a lot of the customers that are pure onLine "Deal Hunters to the death/Credit Pigs) that try to undercut us by going on line, just to end up in the store demanding we meet those prices....then the can of worms spills over and becomes a big hassle.

I know... when you come up with. "that phone is free online, but if you get it thru us would be $129.99 or whatever... and then they get furious. and blah blah blah 😡

That's why I don't tell them the online prices.. =o/ Luckily those prices have been changing so much lately that they're really unreliable and it's driving people into the stores. More business for us =o)
But of course everynow again, you get the type that slams down a bunch of print outs ready to fight, and its like "Oh, here we go..."
(I love when it says in big bold letters, "NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES!!)

How can you get upset when a customer refers to it as *your* website, when you yourself refer to it as yours?
