can o worms!!
i was just navigating thru cingular.com and did a little experiment. since the razr is pretty popular i made a mock order for the razr and guess what. if you go far enough into the order you get to the additional features and sure enough insurance is one of these features and it will even let you add it and complete the order. now this is a can of worms waiting to explode!!

yeah....according to lock/line (and it seems plausible) if they allow you to pay the premiums for coverage and you understand that you have it, Cingular has to honor it, otherwise they're charging you for a service they're not providing. And we all know that's a big "no no".
