They are available now. Just not throughATT. It doens't look like they are going to be released through us either. You can buy them unlocked on line. I think they have been out for over a month now, or at least coming soon for some time. They were taking orders about six months ago.

I believe that you are confusing those with something else. HP just anounced those phones on Sep 7th. I cannot find them on any of the other providers' websites or other web phone stores... I don't think that they are available yet.
