A Couple Questions...

I have a couple device related issues, but I’m asking them in this forum because it gets more traffic than the mobile device forums:

1.) Is there a way to either extend or get rid of the 14 day limit on saved voicemails?

2.) Probably asked a million times: If you have say a four minute song, but want to use a section, say from 2:30 to 2:40 as your ringer, how is this accomplished? From my knowledge, you don't need to shorten the clip to use it as a ringtone on the 6126, but I guess if you want a certain part of a song as your ringtone then it is still an option.
