Are Cingular Plans Grandfathered ?
I have a superhome promo plan 2550 min @ 99.99 with all the whistles and bells included n/c.
I called Cingular a while back about a roam question and the CSR told me my plan or parts were to expire? Any truth to this.

all theplans peoplehad prior to nov 15,2004 became "leagacy" plans same as with the ATT plans, you get to keep those benifits on those plans ,but if you need to change your plan down the road, you'll never get back onto it, and with the ATT plans they do a plan change or upgrade ona phone HAVE TO MIGRATE TO A NEW PLAN FROM CINGULAR, BEST BET, KEEP YOUR PHONE IN GOOD SHAPE,DON'T CHANGE YOUR PLAN.

Your plan will expire, but we will not take it away unless you upgrade or change your plan. Your plan expiring just means it's not offered to new customers or people who wish to change their plan, or upgrade.
the exception to this would be one of our very first plans ever, which are like...analog plans...those we'll have to make you change ^^;
