Blue Care needing help from Orange Care
How do i find which markets have which ETF's and which markets are telegence in CSP? Unfortunatly we have had no training on this tool but we have been given it to find out our information.

Market ETFs:
It's under Customer Support> Policy on early termination fees> Complete policy description
As for the list of telegence markets:
There's a quick link on the main page for Customer Support called "Description: Contact numbers for cingular markets"...it'll give you a map...click on any states and it'll give you a complete list of all our states, and it'll tell you the billing system..either care or telegence.

Works for me. Any idea where the new markets that come over from blue go? Like UT? They going to Care?

Out west is most likely telegence....north east and GLR all telegence...any where else is care.
