If you don't like your phone....

If you don't like your phone, DON'T BREAK IT.

For some odd reason there seems to be more of this happening as of late than usual. One customer dropped his phone off his balcony and then called motorola a crappy company because his phone didn't work for a whole day. Another erased his phone book, then blamed it on the phone and claimed he'd hated it since day one and wanted to know his options. We give you a return period so that you can try us out, and also get a handset you're happy with!

If it's not working, we can send it in for warranty... but not if you throw it out the window of a moving car or smash it with a hammer because it pissed you off.

Phones are expensive and you wont get a good deal on another until it's time ...

I was threatened to be "beaten down" when one of my customers lost his phone, and I couldn't give him a new one for free! I charged him with communicating a threat!!! LOL

Isn't that assault? Or is it a different charge if your not accually in their presence. I know if they threaten you to your face then it's assault but I dunno about over the phone. "And yes sir we do record these calls. one moment while i contact my security deparment" 😈

Yes, yes, and yes. As soon as a phone is broken or damaged the first thing they say is how it always messed up or they never liked it. Then after a few more probing questions and after they realize they wont get another free one you find out exactly "how" it broke because they've fessed up.

It's better than $100 for the phone (at the cheapest phone).

Yeah. "LESS THAN A QUARTER OF THE PRICE OF MY PHONE IS TOO MUCH FOR A REPLACEMENT!"

God, if you can't afford that, how do you afford your 80.00 bill?

Reminds me of this chick the other day....she came in all pissed off that the "phone wouldn't turn on when she woke up." She went on and on about how much trouble she's had with it since day one, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah.

I take the battery cover off and out comes a bunch of water! If you're gonna lie through your teeth, at least do a great cover up job! 😎
